Shippers usually end up choosing between two bad options. A large provider has the carrier network and the technology, but you are a number in a queue. A small broker knows your freight, but cannot reach the carriers or the systems you need. We are built to avoid that trade.
Who we are
Green Light Logistics is a freight brokerage based in North Carolina. We move LTL and truckload freight across North America for shippers who are tired of an invoice that does not match the quote.
We are a GlobalTranz Authorized Agent. That is not a badge on a website. It is the reason a company our size can put a full transportation management system, an open API and a corporate claims department in front of you.
Our team is small and hands-on. The people who quote your freight are the people who chase a carrier when a weight comes back wrong. Nothing gets handed to a different department once you book.

Fees, classification risk and transit realities go in front of you while the shipment is still being quoted. A surprise you could have prevented is a failure on our side, not a cost of doing business.
Say what we do not know
Freight classification, border requirements and capacity all move. When something needs verifying against a current source, we say so rather than guessing and hoping.
Stay on it after delivery
If freight arrives damaged, our claims team files with the carrier and follows up every two weeks until it is resolved. You should not have to chase the people you hired to chase.
